My Fightin’ Fit LLC., is about the journey of health, not some haphazard short and sweet fix to a bad habit, a philosophy.
I have been a physical therapist for over 18 years, earning my doctorate in 2014.
My goal is simple: make being fit fun, safe and smart. Enjoying your life should be everyone’s goal and part of that is physically being able do it.

Health means many things to everyone and that is the first thing you have to define. WHAT do you want out of our encounter?
We can establish the following:
- Safe exercises taking into consideration your life’s road map (other medical conditions, injuries, etc.).
- Better eating strategies, simple meals.
- Support and encouragement so you make sure that you stick with it.
No one is perfect and that is not the goal. Consistency is what we are going for, daily consistency to make habit changes that are lasting.
I’ve come to this place just like yourself; I’ve been frustrated and conflicted with the balance of work and family life weighing heavily on me. But what I have found is that I can manage both, by helping you and myself, balance both. I get to share my physical therapy knowledge with you and you make me stay on point as your guide and biggest cheerleader, when you need it most.
