Well as we all know, back pain is common. You can count yourself lucky if you have NOT had any back pain in your life. The good news is that the sooner that you get it addressed, the better you will be feeling faster.
Don’t let it scare you! It is not often that back pain is truly a terrible, horrible, insidious problem. Simple, mechanical back pain can be helped and quickly. If your symptoms are not just in your back, it would be my recommendation that you go to a trusted physical therapist or other healthcare practitioner for assistance.
One thing remains the same, when and if you hurt your back, apply ice to the area for short periods. But be careful not to give yourself and ice-burn. This happens when you leave ice on the skin for too long. Apply a few layers in between your ice pack and your skin to prevent this from happening.
