If you are a snacker like I am, you will ADORE these Homemade Granola Bars! They are not that painful to make AND you get the added benefit of using those over ripe bananas you have stashed in your freezer. Plus using sea salt that is for your grinder gives you that salty crunch every few bites.
Feel free to ad-lib the topping and swap in alternative nuts, berries or fresh berries depending on the season. You can also make them gluten free by using gluten free oats.
